  • Opened or Used Items: Products that have been opened or used, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your return shipment.

  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the RAN, ship the product back to us at the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Full Refund: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: If the product is returned with visible damage or signs of use, we may issue a partial refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges, but we will refund your return as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
